Ticket Purchase Agreement
Upon making a ticket purchase, you expressly agree to be bound by this Ticket Purchase Agreement and the queenlatifah.com Website Terms of Service incorporated herein by reference.
This Ticket Purchase Agreement may be amended or modified at the sole discretion of Queenlatifah.com ("Queen Latifah"), and/or MLB Advanced Media, L.P. ("MLBAM") (Queen Latifah and MLBAM collectively, "We" or "Operators"), or new conditions may be imposed, at any time with or without notice. Please check this page of the Site periodically.
If you violate this Ticket Purchase Agreement or the queenlatifah.com Website Terms of Services, Queen Latifah and/or MLBAM may cancel your ticket order, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.
Payment Methods
queenlatifah.com currently accepts payment via MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
Ticket Availability
Neither Queen Latifah nor MLBAM controls availability of tickets to any event. As such, the Operators cannot guarantee availability of tickets to any or all events.
Ticket Pricing
queenlatifah.com sells tickets on behalf of promoters and venues. The prices shown on the Site are the face value of the ticket with an inclusive handling and/or customer service charge. Additionally, in certain circumstances a venue specific charge may also need to be incorporated in to this price.
Cancellations & Refunds
Except for cancelled events, queenlatifah.com cannot process cancellations, exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made. Please ensure that you review the venue, price and number of tickets, prior to confirming your purchase.
Cancelled Events
In certain circumstances, events may be cancelled or postponed. When this occurs, queenlatifah.com will make every effort to:
a) Post details on the Site of any rescheduled date
b) Ensure you receive a prompt refund of the ticket price
If an event is cancelled, rescheduled or the venue changed and a refund required, please contact us at customerservice@website.queenlatifah.com.
Ticket Purchase Confirmation and No-Transfer Policy
Upon successful purchase of tickets, you will receive two copies of a Purchase Confirmation Note:
a) A Purchase Confirmation Note will be displayed immediately for printing directly from the Site, and
b) An e-Mail copy will be dispatched to the purchaser shortly thereafter
Please print and keep a copy of this Purchase Confirmation Note in a safe place.
You should receive your tickets within 7-10 business days prior to the performance. If you have not received your tickets two days prior to the performance, please contact customer service at customerservice@website.queenlatifah.com. Queenlatifah.com does NOT allow you to transfer tickets purchased on the Site to another person.
In the event that a venue allows for Will Call pick up, a copy of the Purchase Confirmation Note and Photo ID are required for collection of tickets. It is also strongly advised that you are able to produce the credit card with which the purchase was made.
Amount of Tickets per Customer
When purchasing tickets from queenlatifah.com, you are limited to a maximum of two (2) or four (4) tickets per event depending on venue limitations.
Seating Positions
Queenlatifah.com does not set the ticket prices or have exact choice of seating locations. The tour promoters and venues allocate tickets for queenlatifah.com and these can vary according to the venue and the nature of the show.
Limitation on Liability
Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will queenlatifah.com be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits, even if queenlatifah.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Disputes
This Ticket Purchase Agreement shall be construed and controlled by the laws of the State of New York, United States of America. Further, any disputes relating to this Ticket Purchase Agreement or anything contained on the Site will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to its principles of conflicts of laws. Any claim relating to this Ticket Purchase Agreement or the Site shall be exclusively prosecuted in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction located within the County of New York, State of New York, United States of America, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such court solely for such purposes and you further waive any argument that any such court does not have jurisdiction over such dispute or that venue in any such court is not appropriate or convenient. The Operators will be entitled to recover their court costs and reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses incurred in successfully proving any breach of any term of these Terms of Service.
